Avaliability - All products are subject to avaliability.If for any reason the product is unavaliable we will inform you as soon as possible and any payment received will be refunded.
Prices - We make every effort in making sure that the prices shown on our website are correct,but if an error has occured we will inform you as soon as possible allowing you to cancel or re-order at the amended price.We reserve the rights to amend our prices on our website without notice.All prices shown are inclusive of the current rate of VAT.
Descriptions and Specs - The description and spec of the products shown on our website are for information only.We take great care in making sure images are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a true like for like.
Returns - All returns must be authorised by ourselves by contacting us by email,telephone or letter within 21 days of delivery.All goods returned must be in an unused condition including where applicable all labels and swing tags intact and including original packaging un-opened.We are not responsible for the cost of returning the product and we suggest products are returned using a postal service which requires signatures on receipt.When the product are received and meet all our return conditions an exchange,credit note or refund will be offered.In the case of an exchange a flat £5 will be charged for postage of new product.Please note returns can also be dealt with over the counter at out nottingham store,receipt required.
Faulty Products - All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and are covered by manufactures warrenty.To ascertain wheither goods are faulty we ask you to return the goods to us.please follow the same procedure as returned products.Only on receipt we can determine a fault and in some cases products may have to be inspected by the manufacturer,Once confirmed as a fault an exchange,credit note or refund will be offered.
Refund of monies - When a refund has been agreed please allow upto 7 - 10 days for your account to be credited.
